Piazza del Campo dei Fiori is the busy square known with colorful flower market. At the center of the square stands the monument to Giordano Bruno sculpted in the late of 19th century by E.Ferrari. It was in Campo dei Fiori that the philosopher was burned alive as a heretic in February of 1600. |
