   ALL ROADS LEAD TO ROME

Roma got its start when groups of shepherds and farmers settled on the hill now known as the Palatine.
The "new" capital Roma become in 1871 (Turin was the first capital of the Kingdom of Italy in 1861, followed by Florence in 1865)
According to Roman mythology and legend , the city itself  was founded by Romulus and Remus. These twin brothers were abandoned by heir mother and reared by a she-wolf.
All roads lead to ROME - a tradition maintained to this day is that the old trunk roads, less used now with proliferation of autos trade still bear the names given to them by Romans who originally built them. Thus the Via Appia goes south-east. Via Flaminga goes north. The via Aurelia leads north-west along the cost.. etc.

Walking through ROME is  like a walking  through  the dreams. In every step   you are meeting  history new style. You are  discovering places what is not possible to  see anywhere  in  the  world.  The beauty, the  history,  the architecture. The  pulsing of  the  town  gives  you  a  lot  of  energy a  lot of something what  is  very hard  to describe.
There  is no  other way  than  to come  back to the ROME  or to stay forever .
