Colosseum  is  the largest  amphitheatre build in  Rome - Symbol of Romanism.  It  was the work  of  emperors   Flavium and  was for this
reason called Amphitheatre Flavium. Construction of the Colosseum
was  begun  sometime  between   AD 70  and  72 during  the  reign of
Vespasian.

Pantheon - Of all the buildings of the ancient Rome ,  the  Pantheon is
the best preserved, thanks to having been donated to Pope Boniface IV
by the Byzantine emperor Phocas and later transformed into a  church. 
The first building was erected in 27 BC by Marcus  Vipsanius  Agrippa, Augustus adviser.
