Via della Considelazione leads to Saint Pater's Square which is probably the most famous square in the word. Since the Middle Ages it was the center of Christianity, offering a vital space for the functions of the religious life in the city.
Basilica  di  San Pietro   in  Vaticano - various architects succeeded  each other  in  the basilica until finally  Michelangelo was appointed by Paul III. Needles to say that Michelangelo followed his own interpretation of Bramante´s plans.
