VENEZIA  ( the world of DREAMS )
is one of the World's oldest tourist and cultural centers.  Thanks framework  of  canals  and narrow streets is prevented from automobiles. 
When you are traveling to Venice by own car, one of the good  choice is to park your car in Mestre.  Venezia is easily reached, in about 10 minutes by train. 

What to see ? Where to go ? EVERYTHING and EVERYWHERE!!! Visiting  St. Mark's Square I forget to breath.

The birth of Venezia as a lagoon - civilization 
is probably dated in 568. (the great invasion of the Lombard's). Venezia dominated with the trade routes between Asia and Europe. The discovery of America opened up a new chapter in European history. The economics centre of gravity  moved from the internal seas of Europe to the ocean.
