se nachází v průmyslové zóně na okraji města Žatce (cca. 25 000
obyvatel). Díky výhodné strategické poloze objektu vzhledem ke krátké
vzdálenosti hraničního přechodu do spolkové republiky Německé a

kurze Entfernung zum Grenzübergang mit der Bundesrepublik Deutschland
und der relativ kurzen Entfernung nach Prag ist eine hervorragende
Verbindung, wie mit dem
Inland so auch mit Europa möglich. Diese Tatsache gewinnt noch an
Bedeutung beim Anschluss der Tschechischen Republik an die Europäische
Union. Zum weiteren unbestreitbaren Vorteil dieses Objektes gehört der
einfache Zugang zur Eisenbahn in einer Entfernung von nur 150 m an (der
Ausbau eines Anschlussgleises ist möglich)
Das Objekt dehnt sich über eine Gesamtfläche von 37 000 m2

The property is in the industrial zone on the edge of the town of Žatec
(population approx. 25 000). The property is situated in a convenient
location, due to the short distance to the German border, and a
relatively short distance to Prague, with excellent direct connections
to both domestic and European destinations. This will be further
improved after the Czech Republic joins the European Union.
Another definite advantage is easy access to the railway (only
150m away, with possibilities to build additional track).
The building covers an area of about 37 000 sqm, and consists mainly of
a management office, a development hall, assembly hall, mechanical
workshops, storage areas, and storage sheds and garages. The site is
covered with asphalt. The

(fuelled by light heating oil). This
